Concessions Setup - Spring

 

1. Put the liner in the crockpot and turn the crockpot on HIGH. Add Nacho Cheese from the container in the fridge. If the container is empty then open a new can. Any leftover cheese at the end of the night will be saved in the cheese container from the fridge.
2. Cook 20 hotdogs from the container in the fridge. If the container is empty then use hotdogs from the freezer. You can use the microwave to help thaw them. Any extra hotdogs will be stored in the container in the fridge. Use the microwave to thaw buns from the freezer. Wrap hotdogs in foil and place in the warmer. You can cook more hotdogs as needed throughout the night.
3. All candy, gum & suckers will remain in the fridge this year. There is a sign posted with candy, gum & sucker choices that customers will choose from and you can get as needed.
4. Put out condiments. Condiment refills are in the bottom fridge drawers.
5. Receive pizza from the delivery person. Put our copy of the receipt in the brown envelope on the fridge. DO NOT tip the delivery person. Tips are included in our bill.
6. Place pizza in the warmer.
7. Fill Keurig with water. Coffee and Hot Chocolate will be Made to Order.
8. The box of microwave popcorn should be in the microwave. Popcorn will be made to order.

1. Turn on the tall Standing Warmer.
2. Turn on the Pretzel Warmer.
3. Prep 15 pretzels from the freezer with salt and place in the warmer.
4. The water sprayer and salt are located in the fridge. More pretzels can be added as needed throughout the night.
5. Put the liner in the crockpot and turn the crockpot on HIGH.
6. Add Nacho Cheese from the container in the fridge. If the container is empty then open a new can. Any leftover cheese at the end of the night will be saved in the cheese container from the fridge.
7. Preheat Popcorn Machine. Once the light indicates its ready to pop then you will pop 4 packs of popcorn and prepare bags (you can pop 2 packs at a time.) Cook more popcorn throughout the night as needed. 
8. Cook 20 hotdogs from the container in the fridge. If the container is empty then use hotdogs from the freezer. Use the microwave to help thaw them. Any extra hotdogs will be stored in the container in the fridge.
9. Use the microwave to thaw buns from the freezer. Wrap hotdogs in foil and place in the warmer. Cook more hotdogs as needed throughout the night.
10. Put out candy, gum, suckers and condiments on the counter from the fridge.
11. Receive pizza from the delivery person. Put our copy of the receipt in the brown envelope on the side of the drink cooler. DO NOT tip the delivery person. Tips are included in our bill.
12. Place pizza in the warmer.
13. Turn on Fryer. Cook enough French Fries to prep 8 trays to start with. Make more Fries throughout the night as needed.
14. Use Fryer to cook enough Tenders to prep 8 trays (4 Tenders per tray). Make more Tenders throughout the night as needed.
15. Fill Keurig with water. Coffee and Hot Chocolate will be Made to Order.
